The service

Tellagift supports personal reflection and ministry development. Its assessment and guidance are informational and faith-based; they are not medical, mental-health, legal or emergency advice and do not guarantee a particular role, outcome or appointment.

Your account

Keep your sign-in method and authenticator codes secure, provide accurate information, and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Administrators must use two-step verification.

Appropriate use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, probe or attempt to bypass the service's security.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive or misleading material or impersonate another person.
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of assessment and counselling information.
• Do not reproduce or sell Tellagift content without written permission.

Bookings and safeguarding

Coaches and pastors provide pastoral support within the availability shown. Tellagift may follow safeguarding procedures where serious harm or abuse is disclosed. If there is an immediate danger or emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on Tellagift.

Payments, donations and cancellation

Prices, billing frequency and any tax are shown before checkout. Donations are voluntary. Subscriptions can be cancelled from the dashboard and ordinarily remain available until the end of the paid billing period. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights; contact support@tellagift.com about an incorrect charge or refund request.

Availability and changes

Tellagift may update, suspend or withdraw features for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons. We will take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Ending use and contacting us

You may delete your account from the dashboard. Tellagift may restrict access where these terms are materially breached or where needed to protect users and the service. Questions can be sent to support@tellagift.com.
